Step 10. Go again to Selections > Load From Disk > and choose nefre2 . sel

The color on the flood fill doesn't matter here because we are going to use Sculpture and it is going to change the color anyway, I like to use a light color though! You can use the same color on all three layers. So grab your paint bucket and flood fill the new selections. I like to x off all but the active on so I can see that I've flood filled the part that needed to be filled. Fill Frame 1, Fill Frame 2 and Fill Frame 3.DO NOT DESELECT
Step 11. Lets go again to Effects > Texture Effects > Sculpture and use these settings:
Now your can Deselect, again
Make sure all your layers are activated in the layer palette and SAVE this as this is your working for the animation which your will find on the next page.
Step 12. Now comes the fun part. Choose one of the color combinations you use on the colored bars, it doesn't matter which one but I used the gradient for the fill and the solid for the stroke. Open your Text tool and find your 'Golden Script' or a font of your choice type your name on the top layer with these settings:
Make sure you have Vector checked for 2 reasons: 1. It makes its own layer. You can resize the text without any distortion Click ok and there is your name, I hope :o)
Step 12a. If you have worked with vector layers before this should be self-explanatory if you haven't there is no better time than the present to work with this wonderful way to use this tool! Go to your top layer the one with the little + next to it and click the + mark and a indented layer will drop down (A) layer click on that and then right-click and choose 'Convert to Raster Selection' (see all the marching ants), the text is still in vector form so you can't add any effects, that is where this next part comes in, go to the layer palette again and this time right-click on the top part next to the + sign and choose 'Convert to Raster Layer', the vector bars should be gone, but the ants should still be marching around the text.

Remember this --- DO NOT DESELECT -- instead, go to Effects > 3D Effect > Inner Bevel and use the same settings as before. Now you can deselect.
Ok now we can do the fun part... Open up Animation Shop and then go back to PSP work table and go to the
